Certainly there is some nonsense, but not so much fun. At least not for several stretches of the movie.

In fact, the initiator of the hubbub is Victor (Alfie Allen) an ambitious vampire who wants to take the reins of his own and bathe Los Angeles in blood. It is curious that vampires are the millionaires, livelihoods and jet set in general in the city. They are also territorial and ambitious. In fact, they are organized as a kind of mafia of darkness.
Our long-suffering driver, Bennie, will have to transport the two vampires to various parts of the city to carry out Victor’s designs. There is something wrong with this new way of looking at things. Vampires don’t have to sleep in crypts in sinister castles or abbeys, but the paradigm of vampires as posh party-goers with a bad grape is likely to knock some viewers out of the movie.
