The legendary Horror Hound Festival draws hundreds of geeks and horror fans from around the world, including Chase (Imran Adams) and his girlfriend Laine. However, as the much-anticipated event draws near, Laine begins to have disturbing visions that appear to be connected to the city’s dark past. The Creeper legend has stood the test of time and continues to frighten many locals.
